The staff was very helpful with directions. The room came with complimentary water and biscuits. I found an iron and ironing board neatly tucked away in my room. The breakfast was plentiful and served between 7-10am daily.
The room was a bit small and it lacked a mini-fridge for keeping drinks cool. This would be useful. I could hear traffic noise when the windows were open, especially at night.

The location was decent. It was close to many attractions.
My room faced the street. The noise was SO loud all night. I heard buses and people shouting. The bathroom was also tiny. i could barely turn around.

the location worked perfectly for my activities. it was very central and near a tube station. the staff were friendly and efficient. breakfast was plentiful and a great selection was available.
